Job summary

Personnel Link JobHub Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Engineer to manage communications with all stakeholders and report project progress to the supervisor.

The role involves coordinating cross-functional meetings to address customer requests related to quality, delivery and escalations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering and at least one year of experience, with strong skills in customer handling and monitoring project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in any Engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience
• Possesses good knowledge of techniques for customer handling, monitoring and controlling deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Manages communications with all stakeholders – internal and external.
• Reports the progress of the project at regular intervals to the immediate supervisor.
• Conducts internal meetings with cross-functional team to cater for customer request which involves quality, delivery and escalations.
• Improves the Customer Business review performance with the cross-function team for respective customer accounts.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
