Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Project Manager to join our site teams in Toa Payoh. You will oversee assigned projects, coordinate resources, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining safety and quality.

Degree in Engineering with 1 year plus experience, or Diploma with 3 years, reading drawings, planning and supervising subcontractors. Working hours are 8.30am–5.30pm, 5.5-day week; onsite role.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical information and drawings.
• Experience in project planning, site coordination and subcontractor supervision.
• Proficient in data gathering and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee assigned projects to meet requirements and schedule.
• Requisition resources including labour, materials, equipment.
• Plan and coordinate timely delivery of materials while minimising wastage.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and supervise their work.
• Liaise with customers, consultants, authorities on progress and plans.
• Coordinate with Purchasing on delivery of items for the project.
• Handle contract administration, including claims and variations.
• Conduct project planning, prepare shop drawings, material requisitions, quality plans.
• Monitor stock at site and perform inspections and quality checks.
• Ensure site execution follows approved drawings and instructions.
• Raise non-conformance reports and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure safety practices and arrange overtime as needed.
• Provide on-the-job training to new project staff.

Job description

• Salary: $3,800 - $5,200
• Working Days: 5.5 Days
• Working Time: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Mon to Fri) | 8.30am – 12.30pm (Sat)
• Location: Toa Payoh (Office) / Site

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee assigned projects, ensuring work progresses according to project requirements and schedule.
• Requisition resources required for projects, including labour, materials, equipment and other resources.
• Plan and coordinate timely delivery of materials and resources while minimising wastage.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and supervise their work to ensure project progress meets schedule.
• Liaise with customers, consultants, clerks-of-work and statutory authorities on project progress, work acceptance, plan approvals and site matters.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing Department on the delivery of items purchased for the project.
• Handle contract administration, including claims, disputes, variations and final accounts, and ensure proper project handover to customers upon completion.
• Conduct project planning, prepare and manage shop drawings, Material Requisitions and Quality Plans.
• Monitor and control material stock at site, conduct incoming material and equipment inspections, and perform quality checks on work done.
• Ensure site execution follows valid approved drawings and relevant Architect, Engineer, client or main contractor instructions.
• Raise non-conformance reports and execute corrective methods where required.
• Ensure safety practices are followed, arrange overtime work when necessary, and resolve work coordination or technical issues at site.
• Provide on-the-job training to new project staff and perform other duties as assigned Superior

Requirements
