Job summary

AEDGE TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD is seeking a detail-oriented Project Engineer to support planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects in Singapore. You will work with project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and specifications.

Responsibilities include preparing schedules and reports, coordinating with suppliers, conducting site visits, and ensuring safety and quality standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• 1–3 years of relevant project engineering experience; fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles.
• Strong understanding of project management and engineering practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documents to ensure client requirements.
• Prepare project schedules, reports, and progress updates for internal teams and clients.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors for timely procurement and delivery of materials.
• Conduct site visits to oversee installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of systems.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Support documentation, including method statements, risk assessments, and as-built drawings.
• Provide technical support to project teams, including design reviews and equipment selection.
• Assist in resolving on-site engineering or technical issues quickly and effectively.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and hands-on involvement in project activities.
