Job summary

I-LAB ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a seasoned professional to support site planning and supervision for construction projects. You will coordinate with subcontractors on site works and ensure works comply with required standards, while assisting the project manager.

Responsibilities include preparing submission documents, reporting to the project and management teams, and coordinating with engineering, procurement, owner's team, and external construction management

Qualifications

• Experience in construction projects preferred.
• Ability to work under stress and independently.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

• Responsible for project functions included but not limited to Project Management, Site Management, Project Control Management, Engineering Management, Procurement, Construction Management, etc. are all coordinated.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting standards are maintained throughout the project(s).
• Coordinate and site management on status and changes of approved projects.
• Develop and execute projects with the project department and including engineering, procurement, owner’s team, and external construction management consultants.
• Prepare and submit reports on the progress and status of the project
• Conduct reviews of detailed design drawing and specifications
• Perform other project engineering and project management related duties
