Job summary

TEAM KS ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a site coordinator to oversee multidisciplinary coordination across structural, architectural, and M&E disciplines, ensuring safety and quality compliance while maintaining ISO-standard documentation.

You will participate in safety meetings, prepare inspection forms, RFIs, and RFAs, organize project records for audit readiness, monitor progress, and deliver weekly reports to the director, while supporting ad-hoc site management tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site activities across Structural, Architectural, and M&E disciplines to ensure smooth project execution
• Participate actively in site coordination and safety meetings with the main contractor to align project goals and safety compliance
• Prepare detailed inspection forms, Requests for Information (RFI), and Requests for Approval (RFA) to support project documentation and approvals
• Organize and maintain project documents in compliance with ISO standards to ensure audit readiness and traceability
• Monitor construction work progress and deliver weekly progress reports to the director to inform decision-making
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support project and site management needs
