Job summary

YANGTZE MARINE ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is looking for a Project Engineer to oversee quality checks, compile reports, and manage vendor communications within the Marine service line. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the Marine industry and demonstrate strong time management and communication skills.

This role involves working in workshops and aboard vessels, so a positive working attitude and the ability to work at height are essential. The successful candidate will also manage project operations, schedules, and specifications.

Job description

Project Engineer will be under Marine service line, the appropriate quality check, the compilation of accurate and customized results reports and other deliverables.

1. Working in workshop and vessels.
2. Good communication skills with Ship Owners and Superintends.
3. Good time Management and work Independently.
4. Attend and manage dealing with vendors, designers, classification, and flag statutory on engineering issues
5. Reviewing technical specification and drawings from designer meeting owner, class, and customer requirements
6. To perform any other duties & Responsibilities assigned by superiors from time to time.
7. Ability to demonstrate and implement cost -saving measures.
8. Ability to lead to manage project operations, schedule and specifications.

Requirements:

• Min 5 Years experience as Marine Industry.
• Able to work OT.
• Excellent coordination skills.
• Able to working at Height.
• Possess positive working attitude
