MIKRON SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Project Engineer to deliver after-sales technical support and coordinate service projects. You will liaise with customers, plan service activities, prepare proposals, and train customers on product usage.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of project engineering or project management experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide after sales technical support and solutions to customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Project Engineer to provide after sales customer service to our customer. Working with operation department and liaising with our customer to ensure our customer needs are fulfilled in the shortest possible time and maintain highest level of customer satisfaction.

Your Role
