Job summary

Million Solar Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced project engineer to manage solar projects from planning to execution, including site feasibility, system design, and coordinating with clients and consultants to ensure smooth communication.

The role requires a degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Green Building & Sustainable fields, at least 2 years in engineering, proficiency with AutoCAD and PVsyst, and strong planning and teamwork abilities to deliver projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering.
• Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Green Building & Sustainable or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and PVsyst.
• Ability to plan and monitor project progress.
• Good communication with clients and consultants.
• Knowledge of solar system design and electrical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Over-all project management, which includes planning and implementation of assigned projects.
• Site feasibility & Solar Systems Design and complete execution.
• Complete system designs for PV projects including site plans, mechanical racking and attachment plans, single-line electrical drawings, specification of BOS location and interconnection details, and labelling.
• Planning and monitoring of progress and timely completion of projects which includes preparation of detailed progress and status reports.
• Coordination with clients & consultants to ensure smooth communication.
• Provide support to technical design, review and approve engineering drawing submissions.
• Ensuring smooth procurement process and timely deliveries, which includes preparation of status reports.
• Provide technical support during installation, testing and commissioning.
• Attending site meetings for smooth coordination

Requirements:

• Computer knowledge in Auto CAD.
• Ability to plan & monitor project progress to ensure timely completion
• Ability to communicate with clients & consultants Willingness to learn & improve personal skills through team work
• Knowledge in basic project management e.g. preparing monthly project reports, site planning, monitoring & control processes and project risk analyses.
