Job summary

E-COM Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a skilled project coordinator to assist the project manager across all project stages. You will help organize resources, coordinate meetings, and ensure documentation and PM tools are up to date, while maintaining alignment with clients and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PM in awarded projects‘ kick-off meetings
• Organise resources and work out the allocation of tasks to work teams and sub-contractors
• Assist the PM with on and off site meetings pertaining to technical issues
• Ensure project management tools are updated regularly and documentation properly done
• Inspect all installations and carry out inspections with Clients and Consultants’ representatives
• Conduct Testing and Commissioning (T&C) and prepare T&C reports
• Design corrective actions and mitigate scope and schedules
• Assist the PM in demobilizing and handling over projects to customers
• Co-ordinate internal resources and vendors for projects execution
• Facilitate and oversee the smooth execution of all other project matters
