Job summary

E Com Engineering is seeking a Project Coordinator in Singapore to assist the Project Manager on awarded projects and support kick-off meetings. You will organize resources and allocate tasks to work teams and sub-contractors, and assist with on-site and off-site meetings addressing technical issues.

You will ensure PM tools and project documentation are regularly updated and accurate, inspect installations with clients and consultants, and prepare T&C reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PM in awarded projects‘ kick-off meetings
• Organise resources and work out the allocation of tasks to work teams and sub-contractors
• Assist the PM with on and off site meetings pertaining to technical issues
• Ensure project management tools are updated regularly and documentation properly done
• Inspect all installations and carry out inspections with Clients and Consultants’ representatives
• Conduct Testing and Commissioning (T&C) and prepare T&C reports
• Design corrective actions and mitigate scope and schedules
• Assist the PM in demobilizing and handling over projects to customers
• Co-ordinate internal resources and vendors for projects execution
• Facilitate and oversee the smooth execution of all other project matters
