Job summary

KHIND SYSTEMS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a proactive Project Engineer to act as a technical specialist for HVLS fans, supporting installation, troubleshooting, and both pre- and post-sales engineering.

You will coordinate projects with consultants and customers, prepare DWG drawings, monitor progress, and ensure accurate communication of product specifications to internal teams for successful project execution.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of project engineering experience in HVAC, ventilation, or related mechanical systems.
• Diploma required in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HVLS fans or similar mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD to prepare and submit DWG files for project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical specialist for HVLS fan-related challenges.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including visits to consultants and customers.
• Monitor and control project progress; attend status meetings and report performance.
• Prepare and submit project documents and technical drawings (DWG) per submission requirements.
• Communicate the technical specifications and functionality of products to clients.
• Coordinate with sales and installation teams to meet project requirements.
• Carry out additional duties as directed by management.

A proactive and technically competent Project Engineer. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical specialist supporting the application, installation, and troubleshooting of High Volume Low Speed (HVLS) fans. This role involves both pre- and post-sales engineering support, project coordination, and client engagement to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical specialist for resolving customer challenges specifically related to HVLS fans.
• Provide technical support in both pre-sales and post-sales capacities, including communication with and visits to consultants, and customers.
• Monitor and control project progress, attend project status meetings, and provide regular performance and status reports.
• Prepare and submit project documents and technical drawings, including DWG files based on project submission requirements.
• Ensure a thorough understanding of and ability to communicate the technical specifications and functionality of the products being marketed.
• Coordinate internally with sales and installation contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Carry out any additional assignments or duties as directed by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in project engineering, preferably with HVAC, ventilation, or mechanical systems.
• At least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVLS fans or similar mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, with the ability to prepare and submit DWG files for project documentation and coordination.
