Job summary

KHIND SYSTEMS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a proactive Project Engineer to act as a technical specialist for HVLS fans, supporting installation, troubleshooting, and both pre- and post-sales engineering.

You will coordinate projects with consultants and customers, prepare DWG drawings, monitor progress, and ensure accurate communication of product specifications to internal teams for successful project execution.

Qualifications

2-3 years of project engineering experience in HVAC, ventilation, or related mechanical systems.
Diploma required in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
Strong knowledge of HVLS fans or similar mechanical systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD to prepare and submit DWG files for project documentation.

Responsibilities

Serve as a technical specialist for HVLS fan-related challenges.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including visits to consultants and customers.
Monitor and control project progress; attend status meetings and report performance.
Prepare and submit project documents and technical drawings (DWG) per submission requirements.
Communicate the technical specifications and functionality of products to clients.
Coordinate with sales and installation teams to meet project requirements.
Carry out additional duties as directed by management.
