Job summary

NES Fircroft in Singapore leads engineering design and plant modification reviews, applying CPMS/MFO and VIPs to drive structured project execution. You will prepare cost estimates, tender documents, and evaluate contractor bids while monitoring progress to meet safety, budget, and schedule targets.

You will coordinate with consultants and regulatory bodies for inspections, oversee punch lists and PSSR, and support commissioning and handover to Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Experience in managing projects in petrochemical industries.
• Strong teamwork and initiative in cross-functional collaboration.
• Effective communication and a drive for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering design and plant modification reviews.
• Apply CPMS/MFO and VIPs for structured project execution.
• Prepare cost estimates, tender documents, and evaluate contractor bids.
