Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Site Civil Engineer in Singapore to review specs, drawings, and authority submissions. You will assist the Project/Construction Manager in daily site supervision, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and monitor schedules and procurement to ensure on-time project completion.

You will maintain documentation, liaise with consultants and clients, and work with BIM teams to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications

• Recognized Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience on residential, government and commercial building projects.
• Technical knowledge related to structural, architectural (finishing) or M&E works.
• Candidate has passion for construction industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent team player with ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, authority requirements, technical submissions, and construction drawings.

• Support cost control, variation works and contract administration as required.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
