Job summary

Peng Chuan Engineering Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Civil/Structural Project Coordinator to oversee site activities in Singapore. You will coordinate, plan and track the project, ensuring safety and on-time delivery while maintaining clear communication with clients, consultants and vendors.

We value at least 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office and MS Project, and strong writing and teamwork skills to operate in a fast-paced environment with tight schedules.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (BCA/PE Board recognised).
• At least 2 years relevant working experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and MS Project.
• Strong project management, communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work with a tight schedule in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate or short notice availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan and execute the project plan at site daily.
• Monitor progress and schedule; ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate effective communication among project participants.
• Ensure safety objectives are met and project deliverables.
• Attend site meetings and report progress.
• Participate in meetings and resolve project issues.
• Liaise with Clients, Consultants and Vendors on project matters.
• Submit and update monthly project status reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Involved in project planning, monitoring project progress and schedule.
• Ensures effective communication and co-ordination between project participants.
• Responsible for project deliverables whilst ensuring safety objectives are met.
• Attend site meeting, inspection and monitoring and report of project progress.
• Participating in meetings and resolving project issues.
• Liaise and co-ordinate with Clients, Consultants and Vendors on all Project matters.
• Submission and update monthly project status reports.
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superior or Head of Department.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or its equivalent (recognized by BCA, PE Board)
• At least 2 years relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and Project
• Good project management, communication and writing skills
• Ability to work with tight schedule in a fast paced environment
• Immediate or Short notice preferred
