Job summary

VBUILD PTE. LTD. is seeking a construction supervisor to plan and oversee daily activities on site, ensuring progress, safety, and quality targets are met. You will coordinate with consultants and internal teams to resolve on-site issues and optimize labor and resources.

The role requires coordinating with RE/RTO and other stakeholders to manage challenges, safety risks, and project delivery within budget and schedule. Experience with condominium and deep basement construction is valued.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily construction activities on site to achieve project progress, safety, and quality targets
• Ensure all construction work complies with specifications, safety standards, and environmental regulations
• Manage and supervise direct workers and subcontractors to complete projects within budget and scheduled timeframe
• Develop workforce plans for in-house workers to optimize labor allocation and productivity
• Coordinate with consultants, Resident Engineers/Resident Technical Officers (RE/RTO), and in-house technical teams to resolve onsite discrepancies promptly
• Identify and anticipate construction challenges, safety risks, and technical issues to implement preventive measures
• Participate in subcontractor and client progress meetings to communicate project status and address concerns
• Plan and manage site materials and equipment delivery and storage to ensure efficient and economical use
• Apply knowledge and experience in condominium and deep basement construction to support project execution
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Project Manager and Directors to support project objectives
