Job summary

You will lead vision, roadmaps, and partnerships, aligning executive stakeholders and delivering scalable IIoT and cloud solutions. The role requires 15+ years in industrial connectivity and 8+ years leading engineering teams, with deep cloud, AI, and middleware expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
• 15+ years in industrial connectivity, IIoT platforms, cloud technologies, or digital manufacturing.
• 8+ years leading engineering teams to deliver large-scale technology solutions.
• Experience implementing global industrial connectivity and middleware platforms across multiple sites.
• Cloud-native architectures on AWS/Azure/Google Cloud.
• Expertise in MLOps, AI infrastructure, and enterprise integration.
• Familiarity with edge computing, event-driven architectures, and containers.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, SQL, and modern web technologies.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and enterprise analytics in industrial data integration.
• Experience with DevSecOps and infrastructure as code.

Requirements:

• Over 15 years of experience in industrial connectivity, IIoT platforms, cloud technologies, or digital manufacturing.
• More than 8 years of experience in leading engineering teams to deliver large-scale technology solutions.
• Proven experience in implementing global industrial connectivity and middleware platforms across multiple production sites.
• Expertise in designing cloud-native architectures on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• In-depth knowledge of MLOps, AI infrastructure, and enterprise integration techniques.
• Familiarity with edge computing, event-driven architectures, and container technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and SQL, alongside modern web technologies.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and enterprise analytics, focusing on industrial data integration.
• Experience with DevSecOps practices and infrastructure as code.
• Excellent leadership skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
