Job summary

Tap Growth ai seeks a Project Director to drive digital transformation for autonomous manufacturing worldwide, delivering advanced industrial software platforms across global operations.

You will lead strategy, architecture, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure scalable, secure deployment of IIoT and cloud-enabled solutions, while guiding AI/MLOps integration and innovation across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or closely related field.
• 15+ years in industrial connectivity/IIoT/cloud/digital manufacturing.
• 8+ years leading engineering teams on large-scale tech solutions.
• Experience implementing global industrial connectivity and middleware across multiple sites.
• Cloud-native architectures on AWS/Azure/Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of MLOps, AI infra, and enterprise integration.
• Familiarity with edge computing, event-driven architectures, and containers.
• Proficiency in Python/Java/SQL and modern web tech.
• Understanding of distributed systems and enterprise analytics for industrial data integration.
• Experience with DevSecOps and infrastructure as code.
• Strong leadership with strategic mindset and executive influence.
• Passion for AI, cloud, and autonomous manufacturing.

• More than 8 years of experience in leading engineering teams to deliver large-scale technology solutions.
• Proven experience in implementing global industrial connectivity and middleware platforms across multiple production sites.
• Expertise in designing cloud-native architectures on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• In-depth knowledge of MLOps, AI infrastructure, and enterprise integration techniques.
• Familiarity with edge computing, event-driven architectures, and container technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and SQL, alongside modern web technologies.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and enterprise analytics, focusing on industrial data integration.
• Experience with DevSecOps practices and infrastructure as code.
• Excellent leadership skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
