Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IT/Software Engineering.
• 15+ years in industrial connectivity, IIoT, cloud, or digital manufacturing.
• 8+ years leading engineering teams delivering large-scale tech solutions.
• Experience implementing global industrial connectivity and middleware across multiple production sites.
• Cloud-native architectures on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud; knowledge of AI infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Over 15 years of experience in industrial connectivity, IIoT platforms, cloud technologies, or digital manufacturing.
• More than 8 years of experience in leading engineering teams to deliver large-scale technology solutions.
• Proven experience in implementing global industrial connectivity and middleware platforms across multiple production sites.
• Expertise in designing cloud-native architectures on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• In-depth knowledge of MLOps, AI infrastructure, and enterprise integration techniques.
• Familiarity with edge computing, event-driven architectures, and container technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and SQL, alongside modern web technologies.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and enterprise analytics, focusing on industrial data integration.
• Experience with DevSecOps practices and infrastructure as code.
• Excellent leadership skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated passion for emerging technologies, particularly in AI, cloud computing, and autonomous manufacturing.
