Job summary

OBAYASHI PRECAST SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable project delivery lead to oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of precast concrete projects on site and in yards.

You will coordinate with design, production, and site teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Daily interaction with clients to interpret requirements, conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and report on budget and schedule.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall delivery of the project including, planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Monitor drawing progress and solve technical issue in between production and design team
• Coordination with the production team both in-house and external for issues related to production, delivery, and quality.
• Joint inspection with main-con and production engineer in site and precast yard to identify any drawing, production, or quality issue.
• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status.
• Attend weekly site meetings and fulfill site request for any precast relevant issues.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
