Job summary

FMC SYSTEM (ASIA) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage full-set bookkeeping, payroll processing, GST reporting, and project cost tracking. You will liaise with auditors and tax agents, and handle EP/WP processes as needed.

The role covers bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and monthly closings, with use of AIS and Excel for financial operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with full-set bookkeeping and month-end close.
• Proficient in GST reporting and tax compliance in Singapore.
• Payroll processing including CPF submissions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full set of accounts and close monthly books.
• Prepare GST reports F5/F7 in compliance with Singapore regulations.
• Process payroll and CPF submissions for staff.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, and collections.
• Prepare journal entries and payment vouchers.
• Record project costs and preparation of payment claims.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax agents on filings.
