Turner & Townsend is hiring for a Cost Planning & Budget Management role in Singapore. You will assist in preparing project budgets, cost plans, and forecasts, monitor expenditures, and analyze cost data to propose savings. The role also covers tender management, contract administration, and project cost control.

The position requires 2–5 years in cost management or quantity surveying, with a degree or diploma in a relevant field. Strong Excel skills and stakeholder management are essential.

Competenze

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Building, or related discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, project controls, or construction cost consulting.
• Experience in building, infrastructure, industrial, or facilities projects is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Assist in Cost Planning & Budget Management activities, including budgets, cost plans, and forecasts.
• Monitor expenditures and track budget variances across projects.
• Analyze cost data and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
• Support monthly cost reporting and management reviews.
• Tender & Procurement Management: prepare tender docs and cost estimates; evaluate quotations; assist in procurement and contract negotiations.
• Contract Administration: administer contracts, monitor obligations, review variation orders and claims, maintain records.
• Project Cost Control: track progress against budgets; certify payments; identify overruns and risks; collaborate with teams.
