Job summary

Elsa Talent Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a cost controller for a 6-month engagement in Singapore to monitor and manage project costs, forecasts and budgets.

The role requires strong cost-control experience in offshore EPC or marine projects and familiarity with AFE/changE orders; Power BI skills are preferred. The successful candidate will collaborate with project and commercial teams to ensure timely identification of cost risks and implementation of mitigation measures, delivering accurate

• Relevant experience in offshore EPC or marine projects.
• Strong experience in project cost control, forecasting and budget management.
• Experience with AFE, change orders and commitment tracking.
• Power BI experience is preferred.

• Prepare weekly cost reports and Forecast at Completion (FAC).
• Monitor project budget, commitments and expenditure against approved budgets.
• Track and manage change orders and assess cost impacts.
• Provide cost reporting for SG gate reporting.
• Identify cost risks and support appropriate mitigation measures.
• Work closely with project and commercial teams to maintain effective cost controls.
