Job summary

Elsa Talent is seeking a Cost Controller for offshore EPC/marine projects in Singapore. The role focuses on monitoring and controlling project costs, forecasting, and risk identification within a six-month contract.

You will manage forecast, commitments, change control, and AFE tracking, producing weekly cost reports and FAC. Strong experience in cost control and Power BI is preferred to support commercial teams and gate reporting.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in offshore EPC or marine projects.
• Strong experience in project cost control, forecasting and budget management.
• Experience with AFE, change orders and commitment tracking.
• Power BI experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring effective budget management, accurate forecasting and timely identification of cost risks.
• Manage project forecast, commitment tracking, change control and AFE tracking.
• Prepare weekly cost reports and Forecast at Completion (FAC).

• Track and manage change orders and assess cost impacts.
• Provide cost reporting for SG gate reporting.
