Job description

Location: Kaki Bukit
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: Up to $3,500/month

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and maintain inspection schedules for lifts and escalators, including annual inspections and full load testing for Permit to Operate (PTO) renewal
• Coordinate with teams, clients, engineers, and inspectors to ensure inspections run smoothly.
• Monitor site progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines and regulatory requirements
• Communicate updates or changes clearly to all stakeholders
• Maintain proper documentation such as inspection records, updates, and reports
• Ensure accuracy and responsiveness throughout the inspection and coordination process

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in project coordination
• Strong planning and coordination skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
