Job summary

DIGIPIXEL PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Digital Project Coordinator to plan, coordinate and deliver digital projects in a dynamic Singapore-based environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Digital Media, Business Information Systems or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital project coordination, website development or IT project delivery.
• Good understanding of website development processes, particularly WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or equivalent solutions, with an interest in AI automation.

DIGIPIXEL is a Singapore-based digital consultancy specialising in UX design, website development, digital solutions and AI-driven technologies. We are looking for a proactive and technically inclined Digital Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination and delivery of digital projects. You will work closely with our designers, developers, external technology partners and clients to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, meet quality standards and remain on schedule. The ideal candidate is organised, resourceful and comfortable working with web technologies and emerging AI tools. You do not need to be a developer, but you should understand how digital solutions work and be confident communicating technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Project Coordination

   Coordinate multiple website, web application, e-commerce and AI-related projects from planning through deployment.

   Manage project timelines, deliverables, milestones and resource allocations.

   Coordinate with internal designers, external developers and technology partners to ensure smooth project execution.

   Track project progress, identify potential delays and proactively resolve delivery issues.

   Maintain accurate project documentation, meeting notes, task lists and progress updates.

2. Web Development & Technical Coordination

   Coordinate website development projects involving WordPress, WooCommerce and custom web applications.

   Translate client requirements and approved designs into clear development tasks and deliverables.

   Liaise with developers to clarify technical requirements, troubleshoot issues and monitor implementation.

   Understand fundamental web concepts, including CMS platforms, domains, hosting, DNS, APIs and third-party integrations.

   Support website staging, quality assurance (QA), user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment and go-live activities.

   Coordinate post-launch maintenance, technical support requests and issue resolution.

3. AI & Digital Solutions

   Demonstrate familiarity with AI tools, platforms and emerging technologies.

   Support the coordination of AI-powered solutions, including chatbots, workflow automation and system integrations.

   Work with technical partners to understand AI solution requirements, implementation processes and deliverables.

   Utilise AI tools to improve project coordination, documentation, research and operational efficiency.

   Stay informed about relevant developments in AI and digital technology.

4. Quality Assurance & Delivery

   Conduct functional checks across desktop and mobile devices to ensure websites meet approved requirements.

   Document bugs, technical issues and improvement requests for developers.

   Coordinate testing, revisions and final deployment activities.

   Ensure project deliverables meet agreed requirements and quality expectations before client handover.

5. Client & Stakeholder Communication

   Serve as a key point of contact for project-related updates, technical clarifications and follow-ups.

   Communicate project progress, timelines and outstanding action items clearly.

   Coordinate meetings, training sessions and project handovers.

   Manage day-to-day project matters independently and escale critical issues when necessary.

Requirements & Qualifications

Essential

• Experience working in a digital agency, web development company or IT solutions provider.
• Exposure to WooCommerce, Laravel or custom web applications.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, system integrations or automation platforms such as Make, Zapier or n8n.
• Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Trello, Asana or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, SEO or website performance optimisation.
• Experience with website QA, UAT, hosting management or technical support.
