• 3-5 years' experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or similar project support role.
• Experience working within construction, engineering, facilities management, infrastructure or related project environments.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers or external service providers.
• Strong attention to detail and reporting skills.
• Full working rights in Singapore or Malaysia.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report progress of facility and maintenance works across APAC sites.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors and suppliers to support delivery activities.

We're currently seeking a Project Coordinator to support a major global technology client across the Asia Pacific region. Working alongside experienced project and program teams, you'll help coordinate facility and maintenance works across multiple co-location data centre sites, ensuring contractors, vendors and stakeholders remain aligned and projects stay on track. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3-5 years' experience who enjoys working in project environments and is looking to build their career supporting large-scale, mission‑critical infrastructure programs. No prior data centre experience is required.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Monitoring and reporting on the progress of facility and maintenance works across multiple APAC sites
• Coordinating contractors, vendors and suppliers to support project delivery activities
• Managing access requests and coordinating with campus teams to facilitate site entry requirements
• Tracking project milestones, actions, risks and issues
• Supporting project reporting, documentation and stakeholder communications
• Maintaining accurate project records and ensuring key information is captured and communicated
• Working closely with client, vendor and internal teams to support successful project outcomes

What You Bring
