Job summary

VISKOU TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. is seeking a diligent Project Coordinator to support planning, scheduling, and execution across security, networking, smart home, solar, and energy storage initiatives in Singapore.

You will liaise with internal teams and vendors to ensure on-time delivery. Based in Bukit Batok, the role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Engineering, IT or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience in project coordination, administration, or similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans and schedules.
• Track project progress and update stakeholders on status, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless execution.
• Organize project documentation, meeting minutes, and action items.
• Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and management.
• Identify process improvements and assist in implementing best practices.

Other Information

• Working Location: Bukit Batok
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays); 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Saturday, excluding public holidays)
