Job summary

ALS Logistic Solutions in Singapore is seeking a capable Project Administrator to support ASRS and Air Cargo Handling System projects from design through commissioning. You will assist in planning, documentation control and coordination across engineering, procurement and installation teams.

The role requires a degree in engineering or related field and at least 3 years of project coordination experience; experience in logistics or material handling is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years experience in project coordination, engineering administration or construction projects.
• Experience with industrial automation, logistics, warehouse systems or material handling projects preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Project and document management systems.
• Strong organisational, communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager in project planning and execution.
• Maintain project schedules, progress trackers and action registers.
• Coordinate project meetings and prepare minutes.
• Track deliverables, approvals and submissions.
• Manage engineering documents, drawings, technical submissions and revisions.
• Control method statements, risk assessments, permits and quality records.
• Maintain project correspondence and approval workflows.
• Ensure proper filing of FAT, SAT, testing and commissioning records.
• Monitor material procurement and equipment delivery schedules.
• Track vendor documentation and factory progress.
• Coordinate shipment, site delivery and installation readiness.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Follow up on action items and outstanding approvals.
• Support coordination between engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning teams.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Monitor schedule performance and project KPIs.
• Maintain issue logs, risk registers and change records.
