Job summary

Aurecon Singapore is seeking a highly skilled project controls professional to join our Buildings team. You will support financial performance, bid activities, budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking and reporting throughout project lifecycles.

Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to strengthen controls and deliver accurate reporting, with opportunities to work across geographies and markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in project controls or related delivery roles.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and performance reporting.
• Knowledge of project governance and cost management systems.
• Proficient in using ProjectWise, Primavera P6, Workday and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support project financial performance and bid activities with budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking and financial reporting.
• Maintain effective project controls and governance, ensuring data and reporting accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate invoicing, reconciliations, commitment tracking, variation management and tender support.
• Provide insights by monitoring trends, risks and opportunities for informed decision making.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and finance teams to strengthen controls and reporting quality.
