Job summary

Shanghai Tunnel Engineering Co (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Control Manager to own project controls on a key PUB infrastructure project in Singapore. About the Role

Take ownership of project controls on a key PUB infrastructure project. The Project Control Manager (PCM) works closely with the Project Manager to plan, monitor, and report on project controls, progress measurement, and expenditure — playing a critical role in delivering the project on time, on budget, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, cost control, progress monitoring, and reporting
• Apply risk management, expenditure control, and change control processes throughout the project lifecycle
• Report Earned Value (EV) measurement of progress across design, procurement, construction, and testing & commissioning
• Ensure project delivery aligns with contractual, financial, and operational requirements

Job Requirements

• At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in project controls within the construction or engineering industry
• Proficient in project scheduling software, including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Demonstrable experience working in a digital engineering and construction delivery environment
