GEMS Partners Network Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead cybersecurity initiatives from initiation to closure, including VAPT, Asset Discovery, Risk Assessment and GRC programs.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, security, and business units to deliver compliant, on-time outcomes. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity, at least 3 years in IT risk/governance projects, knowledge of risk methodologies, and

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Cybersecurity or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in IT risk, governance, or compliance.
• Solid understanding of IT risk assessment methodologies and risk treatment processes.
• Familiarity with GRC frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001 or NIST.
• Strong project management, planning, scheduling, and reporting skills.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security concepts.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to develop impactful slides for kickoff and progress updates.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, manage, and deliver Cybersecurity related projects such as VAPT, Asset Discovery, Risk Assessment, GRC etc from initiation to closure.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource plans to ensure on-time and within-scope delivery.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, anticipate and escalating them early where necessary.
• Prepare and present project status updates, reports, and dashboards to stakeholders and management.
• Manage and participate in IT risk assessment projects, including risk identification, impact and likelihood analysis, and risk treatment planning.
• Work closely with IT, security, and business teams to assess controls and identify gaps.
• Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Familiarity with GRC frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST will be advantageous.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and reporting.
• Proven experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security concepts.
• Good presentation skill and able to create effective presentation slides for kick-off and progress update of related projects.
• A collaborative team player with good communication skills and working attitude.
