Job summary

GMP Technologies seeks a senior cybersecurity consultant to design and implement Secure by Design solutions, conduct risk assessments, and review architectures. You will identify risks, evaluate security products, and provide guidance to internal teams and partners.

Strong communication and independent work are essential. The role requires 5 years of relevant experience, a degree in a related field, and preferred CISSP or equivalent certification, with hands-on enterprise security experience

Qualifications

• Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity consulting, security governance, architecture, or design.
• Professional certification such as CISSP or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with enterprise security solutions such as Endpoint Security, IAM, Network Security, Security Analytics, DLP, Vulnerability Management, and Compliance.
• Good understanding of network, server, and enterprise infrastructure security.
• Familiarity with IT project lifecycle, security standards, frameworks, and best practices.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cybersecurity solutions based on Secure by Design principles.

• Coordinate with project teams to deliver project milestones and security-related deliverables.
• Keep up to date with the latest cybersecurity threats, technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
