Job summary

gems partners network pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cybersecurity initiatives such as VAPT, asset discovery, risk assessment, and GRC programs from initiation to closure.

You will plan, manage, and deliver these projects, creating timelines, milestones, and resource plans to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery. Work with IT, security, and business teams to assess controls, identify gaps, and communicate progress through reports and dashboards to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity.
• Minimum 3 years in PM with IT risk, governance, or compliance.
• Knowledge of IT risk assessment methods and risk treatment processes.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001/NIST frameworks.
• Strong planning, scheduling, risk management, and reporting.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security concepts.
• Excellent presentation skills for kick-offs and progress updates.
• Collaborative team player with good communication.

• Manage and participate in IT risk assessment projects, including risk identification, impact and likelihood analysis, and risk treatment planning.
• Work closely with IT, security, and business teams to assess controls and identify gaps.
• Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree from Computer Science / Cybersecurity related discipline of study.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in project management involving IT risk, governance, or compliance.
• Good understanding of IT risk assessment methodologies and risk treatment processes.
• Familiarity with GRC frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST will be advantageous.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and reporting.
• Proven experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security concepts.
• Good presentation skill and able to create effective presentation slides for kick-off and progress update of related projects.
• A collaborative team player with good communication skills and working attitude.
