Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is hiring a Project and Sales Support Mechanical Engineer for a Woodlands location. You will handle customer enquiries and RFQs, learn about cooling water equipment, and support project execution.---------- The role involves supervising contractors on site, coordinating with our Customer Service team, and addressing on-site issues promptly.

A Diploma/ Degree in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering is required, and driving license is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical / Chemical with sound electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Minimum valid Singapore Driving license Class 3.
• Computer literate with ability to use typical software and tools.
• Experience in Air-Conditioning & refrigeration systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in project design and updating drawings using AutoCAD 2D.

Responsibilities

• Understand and address customer's enquiries / RFQs with diligence.
• Gain knowledge of cooling water-related equipment and its proper operation.
• Attend meetings with Customer Service or customers, e.g., kickoff, clarifications, troubleshooting.
• Supervise contractors / sub-contractors for site project activities.
• Respond promptly to onsite issues and troubleshoot as needed.

Job description

Project and Sales Support Mechanical Engineer

Working Days: 5.5 Days
Working Hours: 8.30 am to 5.30pm & 8.30am to 12.30pm (Alternate Saturday)
Working Location: Woodlands
Salary Range: $ 3,800 – $ 4,200

Responsibilities:

• Understand and address customer's enquiries / requests for quotation (RFQs) with diligence.

• Gain knowledge and understanding of cooling water-related equipment includingits proper operation.

• Attend various meetings including clarification meetings, “kick off” meetings, troubleshooting meetings and the likes together with our Customer Service Section and / or customers, as and when required.

• Supervise contractors / sub-contractors regarding site project activities.

• Service is of utmost importance. Respond efficiently to issue onsite including troubleshooting, as and when the need arises.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical / ChemicalWith sound electrical and mechanical knowledge

• Minimum valid Singapore Driving license Class 3

• Computer Literate

• Withrelevant experience in the Air-Conditioning & refrigeration system will be an advantage

• Project design and update of drawing using AutoCAD 2D software
