PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. in Woodlands invites a Customer Service Engineer to address RFQs for cooling water-related equipment.

You will learn equipment operation and participate in meetings, ensuring high-quality service and timely responses to enquiries. Responsibilities include addressing RFQs, understanding cooling water equipment, attending meetings, supervising site contractors, and using AutoCAD 2D for drawings.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical with solid knowledge of related systems.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Experience with RFQs and customer enquiries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Understand and diligently address customers' enquiries and RFQs.
• Gain knowledge of cooling water equipment and its operation.
• Attend clarification, kick-off, and troubleshooting meetings with customers.
• Supervise site contractors and coordinate on-site activities.
• Respond to on-site issues and perform troubleshooting as needed.
• Design and update drawings using AutoCAD 2D.

Location: Woodlands

Working hours: Mon-Fri (830am-530pm), Alternate Sat (830am-1230pm)

Salary: $3,000 - $4,200 + AWS + Vb

About the role

This role involves understanding and addressing customers' enquiries and requests for quotation (RFQs) for cooling water-related equipment. You will gain knowledge of cooling water-related equipment including its proper operation, attend various meetings including clarification meetings, kick-off meetings, and troubleshooting meetings with the Customer Service Section and/or customers as required. Service is of utmost importance in this position.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and diligently address customers' enquiries and requests for quotation (RFQs)
• Gain knowledge and understanding of cooling water-related equipment including its proper operation
• Attend various meetings including clarification meetings, kick-off meetings, troubleshooting meetings with Customer Service Section and/or customers as required
• Supervise contractors and subcontractors regarding site project activities
• Respond efficiently to issues onsite including troubleshooting as and when the need arises
• Project design and update of drawing using AutoCAD 2D software

About you

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical with sound electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Minimum valid Singapore Driving license Class 3 Computer Literate.
• Relevant experience in Air-Conditioning and refrigeration systems is an advantage
