Job summary

The Lab Education Centre Pte Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Coding & AI Teacher to join our team. The role focuses on teaching programming, artificial intelligence and computational thinking to students aged 10 and above.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children and can make technical concepts engaging, practical and easy to understand. You will prepare lessons, manage a dynamic classroom, and communicate progress with parents as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and able to teach programming concepts to young learners.
• Strong interest or experience in AI and coding.
• Able to explain technical concepts clearly to children aged 10+.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Patient, responsible and enthusiastic when working with children.
• Experience with teaching or tutoring is preferred but not mandatory if you have strong programming knowledge.

The Lab Education Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Coding & AI Teacher to join our team. The role focuses on teaching programming, artificial intelligence and computational thinking to students aged 10 and above.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children and can make technical concepts engaging, practical and easy to understand.

• Conduct coding, programming and AI lessons for students aged 10 and above.

• Teach primarily using Python, including programming fundamentals, problem-solving and project-based applications.

• Introduce students to AI concepts and guide them in developing their own AI-related projects.

• Able to work independently as well as as part of a teaching team.

• Experience with block-based programming platforms such as Scratch is a plus.

• Prior teaching or tutoring experience is preferred but not mandatory if you have strong programming knowledge and enjoy working with children.

Working Schedule

• Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday

• Both Saturday and Sunday are required working days.

• 5-day work week

• Working hours will include teaching hours as well as preparation and administrative duties.
