Job description

Join our team in a dynamic outsourced project. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised individual to support branding and corporate marketing campaigns, content coordination, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
• Review marketing and campaign materials to ensure feedback is incorporated and content is grammatically accurate.
• Assist with website updates, including text changes and PDF uploads using CMS platforms.
• Assist in digital campaign setups such as EDM, SMS campaigns, A/B testing etc8
• Assist with basic artwork adaptations using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and/or Photoshop.
• Collect, organise, and update marketing data, survey feedback, research findings, and marketing reports.
• Track and analyse digital campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Research and evaluate potential KOLs, influencers, and artistes based on content quality, audience demographics, engagement, past collaborations, and brand suitability.
• Support procurement activities, including obtaining and comparing quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other finance-related documents.
• Liaise with vendors for marketing collateral production and installation.
• Maintain administrative records such as contract value management, campaign deliverables, budget tracking sheets, PO reports, SOP documents, etc.
• Generate, maintain and update list of UTM.
• Assist with meeting scheduling, filing, documentation, and other ad hoc marketing and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Degree in any discipline.
• At least 6months - 1 year of relevant marketing experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational, project, stakeholder, and time management skills.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and/or Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.
