Job summary

Bethesda Care Services in Singapore is seeking a Programme Coordinator to implement family engagement activities, supervise volunteers, and monitor child well-being within social service programmes. This role collaborates with social workers to assess needs and deliver group workshops.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute family engagement programmes such as parenting workshops and parent child bonding activity.
• Supervise and monitor the volunteer-led programmes for children.
• Monitor the well-being of the children and flag up to Social Worker when detecting unusual behaviour.
• Evaluate and monitor programmes’ effectiveness; gather feedback and adjust to improve quality and impact.
• Engage stakeholders and partners for programmes and community development projects.
• Assist Social Worker in conducting needs and intake assessments of cases.
• Support Social Worker in conducting groupwork or workshops for children.
• Administer financial assistance and referrals of resources.
• Provide administrative support for corporate events and programmes.
