Job summary

Google in Singapore is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from planning through closure, coordinating cross-functional partners across offices and time zones.

You’ll define requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate progress while overseeing vendor relationships and financial planning to drive successful deployments. This role supports global initiatives and requires strong prioritization and independent execution under tight deadlines.

• Manage vendor Product Management services to usher projects from initial planning through execution to formal closure and support handover.
• Oversee financial planning and tracking while providing portfolio forecasts and reports to deploy management.
• Manage project escalations and changes to scope, schedule, or cost through established change order procedures.
• Partner with engineering teams to validate new products and lead initiatives to improve existing products, operational goals and program processes.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience with project management software and reporting tools.
• Experience managing vendors.

Preferred qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience managing large-scale technology deployments such as audio visual or network infrastructure.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, successfully execute multiple projects, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and business judgment, with the ability to be agile under pressure.
• Excellent people management and relationship building skills across stakeholders at varying levels.
