Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager in Singapore to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects across offices and time zones. You will plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate with cross-functional partners to keep programs aligned and on track.

As part of the Core team, you will help drive the technical foundation behind Google’s flagship products, coordinating with engineering and product teams to deliver scalable solutions that support users worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience managing large-scale technology deployments such as audio visual or network infrastructure.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, successfully execute multiple projects, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and business judgment, with the ability to be agile under pressure.
• Excellent people management and relationship building skills across stakeholders at varying levels.

Responsibilities

• Interface with internal customers and cross-functional partners to define requirements, communicate program strategy, and align priorities.
• Manage vendor Product Management services to usher projects from initial planning through execution to formal closure and support handover.
• Oversee financial planning and tracking while providing portfolio forecasts and reports to deploy management.
• Manage project escalations and changes to scope, schedule, or cost through established change order procedures.
• Partner with engineering teams to validate new products and lead initiatives to improve existing products, operational goals and program processes.
