Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Production Trainee for our North - Ang Mo Kio facility. You will support daily production: preparing materials, labeling, filling, moving goods, and maintaining cleanliness.

Requires an ITE in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry and at least 2 years of manufacturing experience; familiarity with cGMP/ISO standards is a plus; strong communication and teamwork skills, and basic computer use are expected.

Qualifications

• ITE background in chemical engineering or chemistry is preferred.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience required.
• Familiarity with cGMP, ISO 9001/14001/45001 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and prepare raw materials and packaging for daily production.
• Support the full production process: labelling, filling, carrying, moving, and handing over goods to the warehouse.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure machines and equipment are well kept.
• Handle production documentation, records, updates, issuance, and warehouse handover.
• Support audits and compliance with cGMP and ISO documentation.
• Source materials, check supplier quotes and stock, arrange alternatives or pre-tests.
• Assist production planning, procurement requests and SAP updates as needed.

Position Title: Production Trainee

Working Location: North - Ang Mo Kio (Require taking few bus stops)

Working Hours: 5.5 days / Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm

Salary Package: Up to SGD 2100 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and prepare raw materials and packaging materials for daily production.
• Support the full production process, including labelling, filling, carrying, moving, and handing over goods to the warehouse.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure machines, equipment, and department assets are kept in good condition.
• Handle production documentation, records, updates, issuance, and maintenance from pre-weighing to warehouse handover.
• Support internal and external audits, including cGMP, ISO documentation, records, and maintenance.
• Source raw materials, check supplier quotations and stock availability, and arrange alternatives or pre-tests when needed.
• Support production planning, purchase requisitions, SAP updates, SOP compliance, team guidance, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Min ITE in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline will be an advantage.
• Min 2 years of manufacturing experience is required.
• Knowledge of cGMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 will be an advantage.
• Able to work hands-on, communicate clearly, guide team members, and use basic computer systems.
