Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is recruiting a mold technician for night shifts at Joo Koon. The role offers a basic salary of 2,000 to 3,000 SGD plus shift, transport and medical allowances.

You will set up molds, start and shut down molding machines as scheduled and maintain production equipment to ensure smooth operations. The position follows a 4-3-3-4 shift pattern with strict safety adherence.

Responsibilities

• Set up mold; Start up and shut down molding machines according to scheduled plan
• Maintain all production machines, equipment, instrument jigs and fixtures in good operating condition
• Maximize machine utilization by reducing downtime
• Identify the conditions of all machines on the production floor and stop them if they are not conforming to operating conditions
• Assist in machine set-up for sample build; Ensure production set-up conforms to the required parameters
• Solve simple machine and robotic problems or complex problems with guidance
• Troubleshoot and repair all machines and equipment immediately once machine breaks down
• Perform simple tasks related to equipment, jigs & fixtures (eg. Repair work)
• Take reasonable care of workplace health and safety; abide by all EHS
