Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Production Operator to support silver paste manufacturing. You will operate equipment, follow SOPs, perform material prep, mixing, filling, and packing, and record production data.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing/production experience, preferably in chemical related products.
• Hands-on, energetic and able to work in a production environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collect, record and analyze operational data accurately.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and develop engineering skills over time.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment for silver paste production.
• Follow SOPs and work instructions.
• Perform material preparation, mixing, filling, cleaning and packing activities.
• Conduct in-process inspections and record production data.
• Complete production and quality records accurately.
• Monitor equipment status and report abnormalities to supervisors.
• Support preventive maintenance and workplace organization activities.
• Comply with safety, quality and environmental requirements.
• Assist quality investigations and continuous improvement activities when assigned.
• Support production transfer, new product introduction and engineering projects.
• Provide manufacturing support to global customers through internal coordination.
• Any other ad-hoc assigned.
