Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a training and technical support specialist to join our team in Changi, Singapore.

The role involves training operators and QC inspectors on new products and providing daily technical support to resolve equipment and quality issues. Responsibilities include calibrating and maintaining equipment, setting up test fixtures, and assisting with urgent assembly tests on the production line as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide new product training for operators and QC inspectors.
• Provide product training for new hires.
• Provide daily technical support, including troubleshooting, repairing, and resolving technical/quality issues with equipment or products.
• Conduct internal/external equipment calibration & maintenance on a regular basis.
• Set up test fixtures and production equipment.
• Assemble and test computing products at production line if there is an urgent need.
