Job summary

AAA TECHNOLOGY (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced CNC Production Supervisor to oversee daily machining operations and ensure parts meet exact specifications.

You will coordinate with the Engineering and Operations teams, program and set up Auto-Lathe CNC machines, and lead a small team of operators.

Proficiency in English and Chinese is required to communicate with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Precision/Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience.
• Good understanding of Auto-Lathe CNC machine.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to communicate in English and Chinese with Chinese-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production activities using CNC machines.
• Interpret drawings and program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts.
• Perform QA tests to ensure design specifications are met.
• Troubleshoot CNC technical issues and liaise with Engineering on projects.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager on production scheduling and distribute work.
• Conduct basic machine maintenance and uphold safety housekeeping.

Job description

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production activities using CNC machines

• Interpret technical drawings and produce precision parts by programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines

• Perform quality assurance tests to ensure products meet design specifications

• Resolve CNC technical issues and troubleshooting

• Work with Engineering team on projects and to resolve quality matters relating to CNC

• Liaise with Operational Manager on production scheduling

• Organize and distribute work to operators, material handlers and technicians on daily activities

• Perform basic machine maintenance

• Practice correct safety work environment and maintain good housekeeping

Requirements

• Diploma in Precision/Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of working experience

• Good understanding & knowledge of Auto-Lathe CNC Machine

• Possess good communication skills & teamwork

• Able to write and communicate in English and Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients
