Job summary

IDEA MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a skilled CNC Milling operator for precision tooling production. You will program and operate CNC milling machines, interpret drawings, and maintain a clean, safe workstation.

You should have hands-on experience with Mastercam and Fanuc Robodrill, and be able to work night and rotating shifts, including weekends/public holidays when urgent assignments arise. You will mentor junior colleagues and report to the operations manager.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC milling machines in precision tooling.
• Mastercam background and programming ability.
• Familiarity with Fanuc Robodrill and Mitsubishi M80 controller.
• Experience handling engineering plastics.
• Willing to work weekends/public holidays; OT may be required.
• Able to work night and rotating shifts.

• To operate CNC Milling machine independently
• Able to interpret drawing
• Good team player and responsible attitude
• To coach and impart necessary knowledge to junior colleagues
• Maintain workstation cleanliness and orderliness
• Ensure workstation safety working condition
• Reporting to operations manager directly

Requirements

• Relevant experience
• Preferable to have Mastercam background and able to program
• Know how to operate Fanuc Robodrill machine and machine with Mitsubishi M80 controller
• Preferable to have experience with handling engineering plastics
• May needs to work on weekends & public holidays
• OT may be required on day shifts, weekends & public holidays, when urgent assignment required
• Able to work night shift & rotating shift
