Job summary

TEKSCEND PHOTOMASK SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. operates photomask manufacturing equipment in a Class 100 cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Record production data in MES and maintain accurate records.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Operate photomask manufacturing equipment according to established procedures and work instructions.
• Monitor process parameters and equipment performance to ensure product quality.
• Meet daily production targets, cycle time, and yield objectives.

Equipment Operation & Basic Maintenance

• Conduct basic troubleshooting and recover equipment from minor process interruptions.
• Escalate equipment abnormalities to engineering teams.
• Assist in preventive maintenance (PM) activities and equipment qualification.

Documentation & Reporting

• Record production data and process information in manufacturing execution systems (MES).
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with quality system requirements.

Safety & Cleanroom Compliance

• Follow all EHS regulations and cleanroom protocols.
• Properly handle chemicals, gases, and materials used in photomask manufacturing.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards within the production area.

Requirements

• NITEC/Higher NITEC or equivalent experience in semiconductor manufacturing industries
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for operator positions
• Basic computer skills for data entry and production reporting.
• Certificate of attendance for ERT like "Respond to Fire & HazMat Emergency" or "Occupational First Aid" Course is an advantage.

Working Conditions

• Rotating shifts (12-hour shifts, depending on operation requirements).
• Work in a Class 100/Class 1 cleanroom environment.
• Handling precision products and operating sensitive manufacturing equipment.
• May include weekends, public holidays, night shifts, and overtime as required.
