Job summary

DE ACE INDUSTRIES & TRADING PTE LTD is seeking a Production Operator in Singapore. The role involves operating production machinery, setting up equipment before production, monitoring processes for quality and efficiency, and ensuring safety compliance.

You will load/unload materials, participate in basic maintenance, and maintain production records. Candidate should have a Diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, with strong leadership and communication

Responsibilities

• Operate production and platform machinery following operating procedures.
• Set up machinery and equipment before production starts.
• Monitor processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Load and unload raw materials, finished products and equipment safely.
• Perform routine machine inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and report major faults promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Coordinate and supervise production personnel to ensure smooth workflow.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate production and platform machinery in accordance with established operating procedures.
• Set up machinery and equipment before the commencement of production.
• Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
• Load and unload raw materials, finished products and production equipment safely.
• Carry out routine machine inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot minor operational issues and report major equipment faults promptly.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Coordinate and supervise production personnel to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum1 to 2 yearsof relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Able to operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Good understanding of production processes and quality control.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Responsible, reliable and safety-conscious.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday:8:00am – 5:00pm
• Saturday:8:00am – 12:00pm
