Lead Production Teams & Daily Manufacturing Operations
RCA, Lean, 5S & SPC Exposure
Lead day-to-day production of flux, paste and powder products, ensuring processes meet required specifications and quality standards.
Organise manpower deployment, work allocation and overtime according to production needs.
Work closely with Quality, Engineering, R&D, EHS, Maintenance and Supply Chain teams to keep operations running smoothly.
Ensure proper handling of chemical and powdered materials, including mixing, weighing, packaging and storage.
Maintain accurate SOPs, batch records, material traceability and production documentation.
Coach and develop production team members through training, certification and cross-training.
Review production methods and work instructions to improve safety, yield, productivity and efficiency.
Drive improvement activities using Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Lean, 5S and SPC.
Maintain high standards of EHS, housekeeping and workplace discipline.
Support hiring, onboarding, performance management and employee development within the production team.
Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Science or related discipline
Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
Understanding of production processes and manufacturing machinery
Experience in chemical, materials, electronics, semiconductor or precision manufacturing is advantageous
Familiarity with SAP is a plus
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
Confident in team coordination, communication and people management
Able to work independently and collaborate across different functions
Comfortable working between the production floor and office environment
Willing to work permanent night shift
